Tickets for the Lighting of the National Christmas Tree

Christmas at the White House

The National Park Service will distribute 2,800 free Lighting of the National Christmas Tree Opening Ceremony tickets to the public at the Ellipse Visitor Pavilion at the southwest corner of 15th and E Streets, NW, on Saturday, November 1, 2008, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Tickets are first come, first serve with a maximum of four tickets per person. The opening ceremony for the 85th Annual Lighting of the National Christmas Tree will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. Check back in November to find-out what talent will be performing at the event.
