Looking for a place to see an outdoor movie in Washington, DC? Hillwood Estate is the perfect place to screen a movie classic and visitors to DC will have two opportunities to do just that. On Friday, May 29 beginning at 6:30 p.m. and concluding at 10 p.m. movie goers can watch Rock Hudson and Doris Day in the movie classic, That Touch of Mink.
On Friday, June 12, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. the film, How to Marry a Millionaire with Marilyn Monroe, Betty Grable and Lauren Bacall, will begin at sunset.
Bring a blanket and pack an elegant picnic. Prizes will be awarded for best picnic spread. Beer, wine, champagne, and light bites will be available from the café. This event is popular, and reservations are recommended to guarantee admission.
Cost: $15 Public and Members; $10 College Students and Children ages 6-18. No program fee is required for children under 6.
