Children’s Theatre in the Woods is a great way for kids to learn the social graces of enjoying a live performance and they get to have fun in the process. The Wolf Trap Foundation and the National Park Service have designed these classic and entertaining performances specifically for young children with music, dance, storytelling and theater that will delight young school age children in Kindergarten through sixth grade.
With 70 performances from late June through early August, Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods presents family-friendly shows at 10 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. on Tuesdays through Saturdays.
Tickets are required for all performances for adults and children ages 3 and up. Tickets are $8 each for one show or $10 for both shows on the same day and can be purchased at Tickets.com. This is a popular event and performances quickly sell out.
