Sing in the Holiday Season at the Willard Intercontinental Hotel in DC

By Karen Hart, About.com

The Willard Hotel, located in the heart of downtown DC and just two blocks from the White House, is not just a hotel but one of the city’s most famous landmarks. Situated in Penn Quarter, it is easily accessible to the White House and the perfect place to stay during the holiday season.

But regardless if you are a guest or just one of the many tourists who want to check-out the hotel’s decadent lobby all dressed up for the holidays, the Willard will put you in the season’s spirit.

Commencing December 1st, the Willard will present a free music program called Holiday Lobbying Monday-Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Top choral and musical ensembles from around the Washington Metro area will perform in the elegant grandeur of the hotel’s famous lobby.
