The Cherry Blossoms are definitely the star of the National Cherry Blossom Festival and to compliment and celebrate their beauty, there are daily cultural performances that take place at the Jefferson Memorial. Parking: Free parking is available on Hains Point in East Potomac Park. Parking is located along Ohio Drive SW. A free shuttle bus will run from 10:00am to 7:00pm daily during the festival to transport visitors to the Tidal Basin.
