The Cacao Tree. www.thecacaotree.com. Sandra Escobar is behind the wonderful and exotic flavors of handmade chocolates at The Cacao Tree. She even has a chocolate of the month club for which you can sign-up your sweetie. Some of the favorite truffles that Escobar creates include the Mole Truffle which is made with Sandra's crowd pleasing mole recipe, savory and sweet with a tingle of spice, and the Dulce de Leche made with rich dulce de leche caramel infused with Mexican vanilla liqueur called Rompope.

The Chocolate-Covered Tahitian Vanilla Bean Marshmallows are a favorite among young and old as is the Salted Butter Caramel. These are available at their shop in Arlington or online. You can also take a class for $65 and learn how the chocolates are made—sweet.
